Your Pachari Arts piece will arrive in soft white pouch with a gold colored Pachari Arts logo on it. When ordering multiple pieces, unless they are small or specifically requested, will each come packed in their own pouch.
All shipments will have a turnaround time of 7-9 DAYS from the date of purchase, unless otherwise indicated. All orders are shipped via Swiss Post priority from Switzerland. International Shipping/Handling outside of Switzerland is insured, comes with tracking, and is a flat rate of 15 USD.
If an item shipped to you is defective, you may return it within the first 7 days after receipt. We will make necessary repairs to the item and return it to you. You are responsible for shipping costs associated with any such returns, and we recommend that you insure any shipments for up to the value of the returned item. While we are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase, if you are not, please contact me within the first 7 days after receipt of your item and we will be happy to make an exchange. Due to the nature of our small, handmade, independent business, we are not able to offer refunds. All sales are final on custom work and sale items.
Once shipped, Pachari Arts is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If for some reason this becomes an issue, please contact the postal system to resolve.
I am happy to create a custom piece for you. For all custom orders, please allow 7-8 weeks lead time, and an additional design fee of 50 USD.
